Ownership of images

All photographs and content on this site are the copyright of Salcuce Photography. No image may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchases

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and payment is processed securely by Stripe. Physical prints are produced to order; most orders ship within 7–10 business days. If a piece arrives damaged or is not right, contact the studio within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase through private, time-limited download links, so all digital sales are final. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, digital purchases include a personal, non-commercial license.

Client portals

Portal links are private to you and your project. Please do not share your access link or password; the studio may disable or expire portal access at the end of an engagement.

Inquiries & bookings

Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking or contract. Commissioned work is governed by a separately signed agreement covering scope, fees, and usage.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salcuce Photography is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
